Case Competition and Workshop held at DScE

Closing ceremony of Case Competition and Workshop on Entrepreneurial Economics Employability was held on 14th July, 2018 at Dhaka School of Economics (Constituent Institution of University of Dhaka).

In the closing ceremony Eminent Economist Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad as session chair told that Entrepreneurial Economics program started at DScE to strengthen economic growth with equitable justice.

At welcome address Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali told that present Govt. is trying heart and soul to create employment generation along with growth which needs entrepreneurial education.

Vice Chancellor of the Green University of Bangladesh Professor Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir argued that quality education, communication skill development and aptitude to work at grass root level along with entrepreneurial mindset is essential factor.

Industrialist Abdul Haque of Haq Bay argued that entrepreneurs are by borne risk taker.

Prof. Jaheda Ahmad said that entrepreneurial education is an essential element.

Among others Rehana Parvin also spoke on the occasion.

In the program a research monograph prepared by Post Graduate Entreprnuriship Development students were unfold the cover.

In the case study Champion was Star and Snow jointly and 1st Runners up Comilla University and 2nd Runners up Pink group. Consolation prize was given to the Jagannath University and Khulna University.
