Kazi IT Organize Career Boot Camp

Nearly six thousand job seekers participating in a daylong event to learn from the best corporate trainers. At the end training, you will get to prove your skills by preparing a presentation on what you learned there. And that’s the first step towards getting your career started in Kazi IT Center. This is what’s expected to happen on Saturday November 11 at Kazi IT’s Career Boot Camp.

This event is going to be held in collaboration with ICT Division and Leveraging ICT for growth, employment & governance project (LICT), at Hall of Fame, Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC). To elaborate about the event, Kazi IT’s CEO Mike Kazi hosted a ‘Thought Sharing Session’ with the media on Wednesday November 1.

Mike Kazi in informed that there’s no cap on how many people they are going to recruit. They are hiring Analyst- Business Development, Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Manager for three of their branches. They will be appointed in their Nikunjo Office, Dhanmondi Office and Rajshahi Office. Mike also informed that, the candidate’s needs to be great in English. In addition to that, they need have good negotiation and presentation skill. Since most of the clients of Kazi IT are in US, there’s no room for compromise with English communication skill.

Already to participate in the event, a huge number of job-seekers have already registered in the event. Mike said: ‘We already have initiated plans to convert the educated yet unemployed youths of Bangladesh in to assets.’ ‘Try to be attentive during the session and take notes. It will be really helpful for then when they will be preparing the presentation’, he added.

During the thought sharing session, John Riedl, Chief Operating Officer; Md Sadiqur Rahman, Manager; Joyanta kumar paul Sr. Executive – HR were present of behalf of Kazi IT.

Out of all the registrant, only six thousand will be invited to participate in the day long sessions. Last date of registration is November 8, 2017. Kazi IT’s HR Team will send an invitation letter to the participants after preliminary assessment. The participants need to bring a copy of the letter and SMS to participate.
